Just wondered if PistonHeads are having their November meet at Virginia Water in Surrey this November? I guess it would be Sunday the 11th of NOVEMBER 2007.

Last year (12th Nov 06) was very well attended and the Febuary one even better. (See my webshots: http://rides.webshots.com/album/547354396oelYat )

If not, who fancies a trip there anyway at say start 09:30? It gets very busy!

UPDATE - A sign on the VG Car Park (Sunday 23rd Sept) states: "will be closed until mid-October." Hopefully open by the 11th of November then....

You just missed the last Virginia Water meet.

Anyway, at the moment (and for the forseeable future) Virginia Water is closed due to foot and mouth.

That's a bummer - The Public Car Park between Old Windsor and the Runneymead Hotel is open next to the river. It's a good spot with lots of FREE parking and about a mile from the original Piston Heads VG meeting place.

From the Runnymead roundabout follow directions towards Windsor on the A308 and you will see a sign on the right marked "Pleasure Grounds & River".

Fingers crossed the original PH usual meeting pace in Virgina Water has re-opened by then as they are indicating it should be open by mid-October.

You'll need to check with the local Council if they'll allow a meet there - which from memory is a 'no'.

Plus the area will be closed/more busier than ever as Windor GP is totally closed - and is for the foreseeable future - even more so with another foot and mouth farm only a few hundred yards away.

Am suprised there hasn't been another meet in Tunbridge - Wasn't it at a Railway station? Great breakfast if I remember correctly. I'm sure a few more the Essex Pistonheaders would be up for this!
