Well ladies and gents, that one was a bit special.

LP640, Carrera GT, Zonda, Ruf RT12, Ruf GT2, AWESOME!

I have to say, I had to make a fast zip down the straight to check some debris while the hypercars above were doing their photoshoot, they blasted after me & seeing them in rearview mirrow was a sight to behold.

Thanks to everyone for coming, it was a great day, where else can we witness this spectacle???

Some of the interesting cars for me..

new BMW M3 going up against the 911's, the shreak of the CGT, the Gallardo & the M6 V10's, the other uber saloons, E55, CLK55, RS4, RS6 all hacking it out, the banshee like F430's & Rods 360 CS.

That mental B5 RS4 with 650bhp doing 190mph!!

Also talking of rides, the RUF Cayenne, a car like that shouldnt handle like that!

Congratulations to LeonS with a massive 203 mph despite a 10mph headwind!!

Thanks to everyone from the team.

Bit too many idiots there for me Craig, whilst it was lovely to catch up with old faces and meet some new, hearing about people ing about and VMAX always makes me shiver. Can honestly say if I'd been there and was made aware of the ing about*, the protagonists would have been asked to leave.

Also feel its about time we put number plates on the gates, clearly people now feel they can just turn up and get waved in. Which it appears, they did.

Shame really as it terms of exotica, it was a good one.

  • I'm not going to say precisely what was taking place as I did not see it first hand.

I was only made aware of one minor problem on the day which I dealt with swiftly without any issue Greg.

Nobody mentioned anything else to me on the day.

As far as people turning up & getting waved in, I wasnt aware of spectators other than passengers?

good to see you yesterday.

Fair enough mate, I shan't say any more about it, I texted you about it last night. If you dealt with it then fair enough.

Craig, thanks for the brilliant day as usual a well put together day

Der' thanks for letting me abuse your fabulous M6 no matter what I tried I couldn't get it above 183mph

Daz for his usual rounds of sage advice and banter and the unruffled calm that is his ace 996TT

Matt for entertaining us all with a barrage of Les Dawson like humour on the day (scissor doors and ocean finance
spring to mind but you had to be there)

Greg for his usual cock-er-nee observations and acerbic whit!!

Fearnsey for educating me in the black art of power sliding (although I did have a couple of spins)

And last but not least JeremyC for taking me out in his GT3 what a car, What a noise and just how good are you
round the corners it was a revelation I was just speechless afterwards.

But the gods definely tried to spike our day Ders M6 with a puncture Mod500s sunroof doing a 007 @ over 185 ( I hope the eardrums have recovered ok) and Daz's altercation with Basil Brush. But it all came good in the end.

Regards to all and can't wait 'till the next Vmax.

Regards Gandalf............................

If you mean onthe VMAX website, that's my fault. Sorry.

I had them all printed out but they somehow got put under some papers and I completely forgot.

I've put all the results up but they'll appear once the Glacier results are up - which should be soon smile

Sorry for the delay.
