hi everyone

im part of mini2.com, an online new mini club and regularly have runs out. i have a route starting in northampton at sixfields travelling through the best roads i know in warks, northants and leics, passing foxton locks, coombe abbey, althorpe and more. route is about 120 miles. always gone down well before....although some roads are narrow and frantic with big bumps! perfect scooby and evo roads! some really nice smooth ones as a contrast however.

was just wondering if i did this run on here how many people would be interested. planning january sometime when the roads are quiet and likely to be a sunday. smile

If you look back on both Midlands and Northants Forums you will find this sort of event can be very well supported.

Try posting a link in both of those back to here.

It helps if you're a weather god too! wink

Mine too.frown

It is temporarily castrated (diff is out) after some spirited driving this summer.

I should have it all sorted this weekend though.

excellent. imo these roads as very good indeed, but as mentioned not for those with 2 inch ground clearance!

often do it early year, roads dead, bit challenging and bloody good fun!

have pace notes all ready to send aswell so it should be easy to navigate if you get split up.

had 30 minis last time, just a bit fed up with minis now (even tho i still have one!) and fancy a wider variety of machines coming along!!

keep you all posted smile

Could manage that without refilling tank so very interested - pace notes sounds scary but use to Tulip diagrams

See firesafetydave for the briefest 'suggested' route notes

I'd be up for this if it doesn't clash with anything else.

yikes you're measuring to tenths of a mile - you're an expert, can't wait firesafetydave only hints at county boundries

As always any route will be a 'suggested' route only - other routes available
