For those travelling up from the South West who normally take advantage of the lovely twisty A361 between the M40 at Banbury and Daventry, please note that this road is CLOSED for repairs for the whole of the next month.

Daz: for your future experiments, be sure to adhere to limits through the villages on the '361 (as I know you do) - there be cameras lurking.

Pretty sure I've driven part of the road before enroute to a eurohooners pi$$up in Weedon. On arrival in the bar, I had in interesting discussion with Carzee about those road signs on the road that remind you to drop two gears and hoof it.........

There's a road marking near us where some wag has written "FAST" instead of "SLOW" on the entry to a series of corners
