Remember a thread earlier this year regarding a date but there were
issues with the re surfaceing of the car park

is it finished and has a potential date been set

If you had to pick a date, then I'd suggest either of the last two weeks in April would have some fine weather, and looking at the calendar doesn't clash, as the other cars events are in the North region.

You would need to check with the Crown Estates to see what they have organised and give some notice.

Collecting new steed on Sat 19th April, and will be at home with parents (who live in Virginia Water) that weekend, so respectfully suggest this as a date. Because I'm lazy and selfish.

smile

Will ask Pa to pop down to the lake and see if they are still resurfacing the car park...

The car park was still full of diggers etc when I passed this morning so I'm guessing it is still a few weeks away till finishing.

Half of it is finished, the right hand side as you look in so depending on numbers you should be ok, what meeting is it?

Looking at the list on E30zone you should be fine for space, theres about 250/275 available.

Nice to meet you again Nige. The weather was great, I think I caught the sun a bit.

For enyone attempting a meet there, the works have been completed and the whole of the car park is open and a lot better than it was before
