Nurburgring booking

My pal is attempting to book our slot with the 'ring BMW taxi. He's finding the process a nightmare..

"Tried again yesterday, kept refreshing the website every
couple of seconds, finally it changed to the booking page! Typed in all the
details on first page, clicked next, completed everything on the second
page, clicked next. Straight back to the normal page saying all spaces taken
for this week try again next week. All happened in probably less than 20
seconds. "


.. this has been going on for ages. Any tips?

I'm not surprised as the Taxi gets booked a year in advance - the only option it to call them and ask to be put on the list for a cancellation.

Might also be worth asking them how many passengers they have booked in the car for when you're going to be there. If there is a spare seat you might be able to share the cost with someone who is currently paying for the whole thing themselves.

Think it's all paid (about 18 months ago!) we just need the slot. Proving to be quite a difficult system!
