The Elan and the Ducati made me do a wee.
We have meets like that in the Uk every week. Normally in B&Q carparks, but the cars are all Citroen Saxo's and Vauxhall Corsas with 18" wheels and Neons.

It reminds me of a story my mate told me while he lived in the US for a year. He heard about a hispanic car meet in dodgy bit of town, so he stupidly went alone (we call him Millhouse after the Simpsons character, so you get what the English boy looked like!). But the people seemed so shocked he was there they sort of looked after him and showed him their cars, and made sure he got home safely. He was awestruck at the quality of the cars and the engineering in the hydraulics ect. Its great to see the quality of those classics in the pictures, if only all car meets were like that...
