Goodwood Supercar meet at Wickham

As in previous years a group of us are setting off from Wickham square for a back roads blast to Goodwood Everyone is welcome to join in!

We are going to meet at the square at 7am for a 7.15 departure - don't be late!

If there is sufficient interest we could meet at Rownhams East bound and head to Wickham together...

Just north of junction 10 M27 and south of Bishops Waltham - however you can't leave at junction 10 if heading East for some reason...

Which way were you thinking of going from Wickham Square? Only I normally go to Mick's on Portsdown Hill for brekkie first (much better than GW IMHO)before dropping down through Emsworth and the little villages to Chi

We normally stick to small country lanes the whole way to Goodwood - not sure of the precise route and not keen to publicise before the day for obvious reasons

Wickham square at 07:00. Good call, I'll be there bright eyed and bushy tailed (as the weather will allow).

Don't let a bit of rain put you off! I guess you'll be in Scooby so you'll cope much better in the rain than some of the rest - at least you have a roof One of the last events at Goodwood was held in heavy snow and even that didn't put many people off!

I'd still be going if I had to use an outboard motor to get there and there were tornados reported in the area. It's just a good job i dont still have the 306 cabrio I had as a summer runabout last year.

Yes, thanks Paul - only saw it late last night. I know much of the route you suggest but think this one will be further north. There are quite a few Elises coming and I think one of them will be leading. Hope to see you tomorrow! I may be in my Chim but Miss Ntax is keen to use her Elise - we'll see...

Yes - not sure how many will be there - I think should be around 6 Elises, a couple of TVRs and a brand new GTR. In my experience a few others are also likely to arrive without prior notice
