Ace Cafe all marques meet Monday 13th July

They may have closed the A40 just before we were due to meet but that didnt stop the car park filling up again, (albeit slightly later than normal)

We had the premier screening of the April Millau tour Video which brought back a lot of fantastic memories.

We also had the video from Dunsfold too which proved that even Ariel Atoms cant defy the laws of Physics (especialy when driven by me!)

add to that the same great people who welcomed the first timers into the fold, excellent Lemon cake (i forgot to eat this time!) and it was another fun night for everyone who turned up.

This month we'll be hearing Le Mans stories (from those who can remember) being excited about embarking on the Alpine assault tour and taking bookings on the September Millau trip.

So if you've never been to one of our meets then this is the perfect opportunity to come down and see how much fun we can be......

We'll be there from 6pm til around 11pm

Ace Corner is the junction of Beresford Avenue and the old North Circular Road, between the A40 and the A404 (Harrow Road).

Travelling anti-clockwise on the North Circular Road: Take the second exit - signposted for Park Royal - after the traffic lights at Brentfields Road (where you'll see Ikea and McDonalds) . Turn right, then right again onto the old North Circular Road. The Ace is 100 yards on the left.

The day after my birthday and i believe my other half and her mom are off to some garden show, reason more for me to come to my first actual night at the ace.

Been there once after the TVR tunnel run though london back in november/december but me and one other guy (also dutch, who drove over from holland in his tiv) got lost and then when we finally got close to the ace we saw another tvr so started following him, only to realise after about 15 minutes he was driving away from it as well.
Stopped next to him at the light and he said he'd already been there for a while and was now driving hom. Doh!

So when we finally arrived at the ACE most people had already left.

But looking forward to this one, should be a good night of what i've heard of it so far.

In order to assist you in this.....

we dont really wont your sort there anyway.
just because you've a classic icon of a car doesn't mean you will be welcome at our mate.

so you can take your stratos and leave it in the garage, you might be able to take the bus or train but i'm not going to tell you where it is anyway.
