Ski and board evening in Hemel 17th Oct

Following on from Steve's earlier thread, who's up for a PH ski evening (or morning/afternoon/whatever) at the new indoor slope in Hemel Hempstead? Say, sometime next month before the ski season crowds start to gather?

For those who haven't been, the slope is relatively short, but the snow is good and so far (during the summer) it's proved relatively quiet. Here's a pic pinched from the previous thread:



They also have a small snowpark, and a nursery slope, and there's even some rubber rings and toboggans for non-skiing/boarding PHers to amuse themselves with (you know who you are!)

Me, I'm up for it. I was there with EvilDrFish for the last PH meet too. Just didn't see anyone else.

I would have headed over, but I had a party to go to that weekend back home and I needed to be on the A303 when you guys were meeting up. Did the reccie with Steve though which was good fun. Speaking of which, I might drop him a PM...

Again, flexible, maybe early evening sort of time and grab some food afterwards? The slope is quite short, but if it's as quiet as it's been on the past two occasions that more than makes up for it, so maybe once the families have started heading off, say 6pm?

Well, like I said it's just an idea, seems a couple of people have said that how about another one? I can't do the next, but the 17th should be a possibility.

I've only just found this post, but I'd be up for this, to meet some PHers and also to use my new board again, as its been a little neglected since February

17th would be good for me. I'm on a course from the 6th-10th so the mention of the 17th would be much better.
