Xmas/New Year events? Post them up!!

So,apart from the meet at Brooklands,is there anything else going on over the xmas period/New years day for petrol heads to attend.I'm sure there must be thousands of people bored of turkey/repeats and screaming kids etc etc looking for something to do.

There is usually a gathering in Wickham Square over here in Hants on Boxing day morning. It started out as a bike meet, then the custom cars joined in and now it's a free for all. Went once but was a tad late, just us and a biker roaming round an empty square

If the link works, first time I have done this. An amazing turnout of cars, well marshalled too. Great venue food good. I think the owner is a fellow PH'er so may be doing it again this year? hopefully?

New Year's day meet at the Phoenix, Hartley Wintney - classics (some v.nice - last time at least one old Bugatti, big Bentley and a massive Thorneycroft lorry), hot rods, supercars, TVRs, bikes, scooters etc etc.

Normally make this one as it's nearer to me than Brooklands and free!

It was me that arranged the meet last year, I need to speak to Paul (Garlick) as well as the Farm Shop to see if we can borrow the land again. I will need some volunteer marshals to make it work.
Leave it with me the provisional date is the Monday between Christmas and New Year.

Weekend before xmas (19th) we are running a driftday at Oulton Park. Still some space left for drivers and spectators are very welcome.

Unfortunately not, we like to make sure everyone gets at least one day off over Christmas and New Year.

It also means I can come out to play with you and escape the out laws who have invited themselves here for Christmas.
