Summary: Ypres Lotus Tour Run
Venue:
Details: 09.30 hr Ypres center-Grand Market place- registration- with breakfeast in restaurant the "kollebloeme"
11.00 hr Start 1 st leg. "Ypres Silent" (45 mins)
11.45 hr Apero stop "Pool of Peace"
12.30 hr Start 2 nd leg "Poppies fields" (45 mins)
13.00 hr Lunchtime. "Restaurant the Sint Eloois Hoeve"
14.00 hr Start 3 th leg " The battles of Ypres" (60 mins)
15.45 hr Coffee or Tea time at The Zonnebeke Castel
16.00 hr Start 4 th leg "In flanders fields" final leg..
18.00 hr arrival, Reception and Diner at the Restaurant "Hof Ter Heulebeke.
Price 55 euros par person. this includes: Roadbook in englisch/miles-Rallyplate-Breakfeast-Aperitive-Lunch-Coffee/Drink at coffee stop-Reception and Dinner and free tombola ticket. We have already many UK lotuspilots registered for now and we will be helpfull for finding accomodation--- all info at tavernier@telenet.be-

The Organisation has decided to offer you 2 two different choices (formulas) @ the Lotus Ypres Day.



1 st--- 110 for 2 persons (couple): this means: all-in-- breakfeast- apertive- lunch+drink- surprise stop- raodbook- rally plate- complete evening diner.


2 nd . 65 euros for 2 ( couple) as above but whithout the evening diner

now, today 25 nov. so long in advance , but already 10 UK lotus cars registered , we are aiming for a total of 100 cars in total for this 2010 superb Lotus tour run... ..

My dad is making interested noises, hope at 71 he can stand the uncomfy Lotus seats biggrin

Just did have quick glance to the field of cars that are participating..... (now already past 100 registered cars)

Exiges = 15
Elan 2+2 = 1
Elise S1= 13
Europa = 5
Elan m100= 9
Esprit = 9
Elise S2 = 27
Tiger/repl. = 7
Speedster= 12
340R = 1
Excel+ 1

Beside the Belgian owned cars there are:...

18 UK Cars
11 Holland. Cars
3 French Cars.

This is based on data from March 10-2010.

I will be out of the country for a few day's now -- For any important question concerning YLD you can always reach me on 0032 475461017. phone or sms.. will be back on May 7th. and will announce on seloc the best route from ferry/shuttle to join Ypres market place.
See you all. Herman (flanders)

all participants will be given an extra roadbook to use during free time for visiting all touristic places departing from ypres.. as you can see we do pamper our uk guests.

nearing now 130 cars participating...
