Chateau hotels please

Its nearly holiday time again...Any recommendations please for a top notch hotel to spend first night before setting off for South of France. It needs to be not more than an hour or so from Dunkerque as have chosen cheapy ferry route and do not arrive in France until late afternoon. Maybe the Lamborghini lads & ladettes could remind me of the chateau they use for their annual trip. Thanks everyone, Lee
