How do I know I am actually on the list then?

ha, I was last week 
Dont worry guys, sorry, this vmax hasnt been my usual slick affair in the leadup, largely due to the date change and having to readjust the list infinite times as people have had to drop out/join up and also, after I've had online bank probs I have had to do everything manually, largely by going into the bank (who now hate me haha).. Hence I just havent had the time to deal with the volume of emails for this one (we're talking hundreds)
It also took a long time to refund the odd few people who asked me to after the date change only for them to pay it back in a couple of weeks later
If I have emailed you and said you're in, then you're in, even if payment hasnt been made I'll still honour your place and we can sort it out later dont worry.
The day I can assure you will as always run like clockwork.
I'll be going through the list of attendees later and amalgamating it all with payments and will do my best to send confirms but if you dont get one, dont panic.
As long as you've had the email from me with the revised date & giving you the details of what time to arrive etc then you're in, dont worry.
