Gotta say, the chap in the M3 got the hang of his starts after a while, he gave me a brief moment to worry on one start.

That is, after he worked out why his traction control light was blinking earlier on in the day and someone reminded him to turn it off

Haha, thanks for the advice Neil! Had so much fun on the day (although mine had the least horsepower there) I even took a leaf out of your book and had a few sideways moments on both the start and the final corner! :-)

Thanks, I have a few more seconds of yours, by the time I got to the bottom bend you were already going up the runway. It was my first run so I was taking it easy, probably bit too easy as the next car caught me up on the way back to the start.
I’ll try and get the rest up on youtube tomorrow, it’s HD so takes a while for the PC to crunch and upload.

One more. This is my CSL vs AdamT's 996 GT3. He gets a much better launch, then hangs back a bit round the corner and we set off down the runway together. It was pretty even for a while, but he just got ahead of me by the end.

(Adam, if any of your g/fs pictures of that run are any good, please let me know, I could see a big grin and a hand waving at me from behind a phone from your passenger seat...)
