Precision aluminium/alloy cnc work Yorkshire

I'm doing some engine mods and am going to need some aluminium/alloy cnc/lathe work doing for engine gearbox adapter plates with bearing supports etc Tolerances are same as for any decent engine work.

I may well also need help with actual design of the parts using some suitable cad software that can produce files which can be used a the machine shop.

Any personal recommendations in the North Yorkshire area? I'm located in Thirsk area. I may also need some aluminium/alloy welding doing so same question applies? Thanks

You could maybe try Dave Powell at Performance Unlimited near Elvington

What engine/adaptor are you trying to make. Maybe someone has something done already ?

If you're happy operating from a distance and posting stuff, I know a guy down south who does excellent work and is very helpful.

I can't imagine anyone doing that kind of thing in North Yorks, I know one In West Yorks (Morley) if it's any good to you?
