rover 4.6 HSE swap in my chimaera 400 what;s the difference

hi guys i live in malaysia and own a very rare chimaera 400 year 2001.here only 10 units.i own 2 ahahah TVR lover here.anyway here we dont have much tuning options.so i managed to find a 4.6 HSE.was wondering what it ll take to make it around 280hp and to swap it in my chimaera.???tks for ur help

Fit some 4.0 pistons in it to get he compression up and a decent cam flow the heads if you can and it will be good ,
