I am in the middle of changing the crank pulle, but need to torque a bolt to 90lbs. What is the cheapest tool i could use for this?

Cheap torque wrench is about your only option there I'd have thought.
Or just do it up "FT". biggrin

90 lb ft is bugger all, I'd be very carefully about doing it up FT!!

And OP, did you really need to ask what the correct tool was to do up a bolt to a specific torque?

ermm quite, I asked a question on a car forum about a tool, and one turned up.

As per the first post just needed a tool for one off job, sorted now thanks..
