Pug 307 2.0l HDi Fault codes

I have a Pug 307 with the 2L HDi lump which is showing pollution errors on the display and the ecu light is on. After a scan it has shown up 5 codes, one of which I can't find on the database.
P0243, P0235, P0190, P1138, all point towards a fuelling / turbo pressure fault and P1447 doesn't list on the database.
The symptoms are no power, the turbo isn't boosting, the pipes won't expand and it won't go above 70mph as it's in limp mode. I've checked the MAF sensor and it's apparently OK, so I'm leaning towards the boost pressure switch for the turbo from a past problem I had with a Pug Expert van with the same lump.
Any suggestions and has anyone else had similar symptoms?
Citroen did a diagnostic on it and said it's some wires that need replacing or fixing yet couldn't give a cost on time scale. Not the norm if they know of a common fault?!
