Dirty flange blower

How does one identify the type of flange on ones turbo?

I'm trying to source a new manifold but don't know what flange I require...

Generally you look at it, and go from there.

We certainly cant see it from here though, so cant help

And if it's for a specific car....surely there arent dozens of options when someone is making the manifold ?

Turbo'd MX5, so quite a few options...I think its a T28?
