Multitronic (cvt) tips on how to drive...

Hi,
Just recently bought a 2008 audi a4 2.0tdi (b7) multitronic (cvt). Great car but finding it a little difficult to get used to the multitronic (cvt) any tips on how to drive with multitronic or tips om anything else???

Put it in drive, accelerate. Possibly wear earplugs if the noise starts to grate. Don't bother with the "gears" if it has any, they don't help at all.
