st205 engine poss to put in a6 quattro?

i have an st205 gt4 with a bent body and i have an audi a6 (c5? 2000 year) with a tired engine, do you people think it would be possible to drop the mint condition st 205 engine in the a6? the a6 has a tired 1.8t in it at the minute, and the st205 engine pulls like a train!

But the cost and work would not be worth it.

it would be far far cheaper and zero hassle just to buy another engine for the Audi
