focus 1.6 tdci please help before i explode!!!

heres the story,
bought a 2005focus 1.6tdci 110ps with a done engine as i already had a salvage focus 1.6tdci 90ps that id lost momentum with 56k on it,so i did a complete engine/gearbox/ecu/speedo head/engine loom etc change.

now 110ps has a 90ps in it and is all installed running etc

when engine was in the other car it was running with no dtc's warning lights etc and when i put it into the other car all was fine till i put the front end back on and i dont know if its a cooincidence or not?.
all of a sudden red cog of doom came on and put car into limp mode then eml came on so i put a code reader on it turned out the eml and it had a dtc egr frozen so got a blank plate and installed,light was still on so got a laptop ford f pro lead and it came up with 3 new codes p0310 cylinder10 misfire detected,p1392 glow plug high input(bank1),p0380 glow plug heater/circuit A.

i can turn the red cog off&rev it over 2900rpm the first time after its been sat for a while but it comes straight back on again then comes straight back on every time you turn it off

this car is driving me mad im never buying a diesel ever again and i dont wanna pay anyone to sort it as im selling it asap to get back to working on my chimaera

any help or advice as to what cylinder10 is woud be a start as its only got 4 so im stumped!

cant be much stopping it something electrical buggering about.

I'd check the basics like tightness at the fuel pipes etc. If it's an engine transplant it's easy to miss something blatantly obvious that someone else will overlook as granted. If the fuel pipes for instance aren't tight, the injectors won't pressurise and will dribble not inject which could be causing the imbalance you're having. Check that all the sensors are correctly fitted too and start working back from where you started. Could be a number of things but impossible to diagnose over the net. Good luck anyway.
