Fiesta ST Starting Fault.

Hi all. My Son has a starting problem with his car. Sometimes it takes 20 seconds or so to start, and then idles at 500 rpm or so.

It runs fine when it's warm. I'm thinking that it's a fault with one of the temp sensors. Any other ideas? Also, are the sensors easy to find on this car? Plugs and leads are recent.
