Peugeot 307 HDI Engine Issue

Hi all,

I've got a 54 plate 307sw with a 1.6 Dv6ted: 9hz. Its was blowing alot of white smoke through the exhaust and on inspection the turbo was fu@ked and it had oil all through the in airtake system from the turbo right through to the inlet manifold. After replacing the turbo and cleaning the entire system the car started and ticked over till normal working temp ok but when the engine was reved to 4000 rpm the white smoke returned and the air intake is full of oil again :-(

I can't understand where the oil is coming from, thought originally it was coming through the turbo but thats replaced and is still ok?

Is there any oil in the egr cooler system?

Take it for a good drive, all the breathers and the exhaust system will be full of oil.

It will soon clear.
