Saxo furio immobliser

I have recently brought a saxo 1.4 furio I have a red flashing key on my dashboard which is something to do with the transponder. I have had this replaced but I still have the same problem where the car ticks over but the fuel is cut off. Is there anyway to by pass it or remove it?

Sorry it is a problem with the immobilizer that is what I need removing or by passing

Once you get it running, if you unplug the immobiliser unit while the car is running it will unlock the ECU, meaning the immobiliser won't work until you plug the unit behind the glovebox back in again.
