Is it a particular engine speed (RPM) or road speed?

coil packs or spark plugs would be a reasonable starting point

Its around 3000rpm and yes could be coilpack, ive done spark plugs.....a vauxhall mechanic said throttle body might need a clean cos could be clogged up....its fine at main road speeds

My car had the same issues and a quick clean of the spark plugs and both the front and rear oxygen sensors with an electrical contact cleaner cured it. When the sensors are dirty the error code might show lean fuel code as its just incorrectly measuring the air/fuel ratio. Hope this helps

I would hope that after 6 years the OP has cured his problem!

No EML? Soudns like it could be the drivetrain rather than the engine.
