Hello All,

Typically it seems that the igniter module in my small block Chevy Pertronix HEI distributor has packed up and I need one at very short notice.

Does anyone happen to know if there is anywhere in the UK that might hold parts on the shelf ?

ta for any help..

Hi Both,

Thanks - I have tried Real Steel and they don't stock and they no longer open on Saturday...

I have emailed Pertonix to find out if I can use a standard module, at least as a temporary fix. Assuming they reply in the positive I may well be dropping you an email Eliot.. thnaks

If it uses a VR pickup (need a photo of it) then it will almost certainly work as they are very simple modules and will drive a wide variety of coils.

Try Aldon Automotive, their Aldon Ignitor is I believe a re-badged Petronix product.
