98 almera 1.4 down on power (with Vid)

Apologies about the sound .

Heres the history
run low on fuel then this. ...
changed fuel filter
checked for crud in tank
pulled HT lead 1x1 to see if its one perticular cylinder
pulled the injector wiring 1x1 for the same.
removed the EGR pipe at the manifold to eliminate a blocked Cat .

I'm stumped
NO EML on
and i cant seem to find an OBDII socket in the car. so i cant monitor anything (if it even has that abilty)

Whats peoples view.

tried redex (in the tank) and some carb cleaner down the throttle body

Complete guess at TPS? I think you can get 90's Nissans to flash codes at you, I have got vague memories of shoving bits of wire into the diag port of my old primera.
