could someone please tell me at what mileage i need to change my cambelt, i have a 2003 vauxhall combo 1.7D ,thanks.

Pretty sure a 1.7D is an old Corsa ? 1.7 Di would be a 2001+ Corsa C based van

Certainly for the 1.7Di Combo C, it is around 80k for most. Fairly easy job, 2 hours would do it without trying hard.

Ive ran belts longer, and they've always looked in great condition coming off.

they always do look ok till they break!!!

Not really, there are usually some signs of wear, cracking, rubber deterioration etc.
