As above, there's not much call for them in the aftermarket so it seems they'd be hard to get apart from a custom one, but does anyone know of something around the same size that I could machine to fit on the M112's nose?
The spindle on the charger is approx 3/4" diameter (tapered), and approx 25/30mm deep.

I found a couple of standard crank pulleys but they either don't have anywhere near enough meat in the centre to machine out, or have something in the way of boring them out to press the old supercharger centre in.
I've a feeling I might end up with one machined out of solid, but I'd like to find something I can adapt if possible.

Power steering pulley off something might be close. Otherwise just get one made. Just make sure they cut the correct tooth profile, as I had issues with UK made pulleys before that led to belt slip because the profile was rubbish.

125mm is pretty big, why do you want to turn it so slow ? Don't any BMW mini tuners offer anything ?

Nah, it's a different snout on an M45 I think?

Plenty of power steering/air con pulleys around the right size but most of them seem to be a couple of mm thick in the centre and/or way off for machining to press a new centre in.
Might have to make an adapter up.

Yeah, I've tried all those, none of them do a pulley much bigger than 3.5", thanks though.

ASP in the states can make anything you want.

But I do ask again, why on earth such a large pulley ?

It's going on a relatively high revving engine with a large crank pulley, I don't really want to go with a smaller pulley and wider belt due to space constraints in this car.
