Wanted - V8 Tourag engine

[Prancing Hippo]

I am looking for a 4.2 litre V8 engine for a Volkswagen Touareg. If anyone has one for sale please let me know. Thanks.

There are only 125 or so petrol V8 Touareg's in the UK, so rare as hen's teeth. There's currently an entire vehicle for sale in the classified for £7,000 though...

Does it have to be the Touareg-spec engine? It's essentially an Audi engine with some off-roading modifications to the oil supply and a bit more water resistance of the electricals, so there may be more choice going down the standard-engine Audi route...
