Refurb / Remanufactured Turbo needed for BMW 320d

I've an 04 320d with a turbo thats making strange noises. I've had two mechanics have a look and they have both concluded its the turbo on its way out.
Can anyone recommend a company who will provide a remanufactured / refurbed one on an exchange basis? There are some on ebay who look good and are promising the world in terms of testing, but i'd rather do it once and do it right, rather than get a half assed job and the turbo still not be right on it.
Likewise, i dont want to spend more than is necessary.
Not that it should make any difference, but its an 04 facelifted 150BHP model.
