Hi, My Subaru Legacy Sports Tourer 2.0tdi was remapped (not chipped) by Litchfield. Is there any way that a garage could delete the remap during the course of, say, servicing the car? Thanks.
If there is a service update for the engine controller, then they might reflash that into your car during a service. generally however, unless the update is for legal or safety reasons, they do not update s/w unless the customer has had a specific complaint with the vehicle.
