Fresh oil

Just looked at my oil and it's almost on the min marker point.
Do I need to drain all the old oil before putting some new in? Or can I just top it up?
It's for my 2005 Fiesta ST.

Is it due a service? If so, drain oil and replace along with filter. If not, just top up as necessary.
