Intermittent loss of power & check engine light (with video)

Hi everyone!
Within about 5 minutes of it idling, the car will begin to fight for its revs. It will drop down to almost stalling and then back up to its normal 900. Then as soon as it has done that, back to almost stalling. This will repeat 10-15 times (whilst the check engine light is flashing) until it rectified itself for another 5 minutes and runs relatively fine.
I called the AA out again, replaced to coil pack, cleaned out ECU connectors but were stumped. The problem persists. I can no longer get to a Peugeot Planet member and I have not found one that will come down to me anytime soon.
Been to garage this morning for diagnostics, fuel injector #2 was flagged up. So injector, wiring loom, ECU right? Anybody had a similiar problem? What do you think it could be, what are some things I could try?
Worth mentioning the car has had a new coil pack and the AA tried a brand new one also with no luck.

(The very first rev is me with accelerator, though it will do it just idling on its own. Stop light is because door is open. It will do this after 1-15 minutes and once it starts it will do it until the car's rested as far as I can tell.)
Thanks so much!
