Clio starting problem (video)

Wondering if one of you guys could tell me whats causing this it only happens when hot.

Cold Start, warm start and hot start fail

It isn't turning over even close to fast enough to start. So that means battery, starter motor or cables joining the two.

As it only does it when hot, I've got a pint on knackered starter motor.
