Defender swivel lube

Anyone know what lube should be used on a 2001 Landrover Defender front swivels? Seen lots of people saying "one shot grease". What the hell is it, should they be filled to the top of the plug??? Any info would be great thanks

Basically drain out whatever is in there & put the content from above back in. The above is the correct amount for one swivel joint.

Ta. The car's got a strange noise, sounds kind of like a seal being humped by a horse, honk honk honk. It is road wheel speed related and changes when you change direction and with application of power. It's quite funny really, sounds like he's honking the horn all the time lol
