Drive shaft straightening, where?

I have a solid 28mm steel drive shaft that needs to be straightened from a light bent curve.

Any UK speccialist that can be recomended?

Any machine shop equipped with a press, V blocks and a dial gauge (i.e. pretty much all of them) should be able to handle this.

Ok, I thinking if it needs a hardening cycle or similar afterwards.

As above, pretty much any machine/metal fab. shop should have the equipment to do it, and it shouldn't need any heat treatment so that shouldn't be any issue.

Hi I tried this,, Failed,, it required bending back past straight otherwise the bend would not go, they are hardened and it snapped!!!
