Toyota Dyna Fault Code??

As title, my Toyota Dyna 2008 has a fault code of P1272 but I do not understand what this relates to?
It puts on the engine management light and goes into limp mode.
The fault is intermittent if I cancel the fault it stays off for a while but comes back on eventually, the light will usally come on at start up never while driving, my Toyota dealer cant see me for a week so I wondered if any one has any ideas??
