Clutch, Gearbox, both?

Long story short someone crashed into my car (very minor) and I got a brand new courtesy car (less than 1000 miles) anyway I got my car back and couldn't believe how ive been driving my car before. The clutch biting point is very very low to the floor and its really hard to put into gear, I have to bottom out the clutch completely otherwise I have to really push it into gear. I feels like the clutch is not properly disengaging for the gear change (because it only happens when on the move, sitting still its easy to put in and out of gear). The peddle its self feels like it has a massive deadzone from the top of the peddle to about an inch and half from bottoming out the peddle, its almost as if you can feel when you're moving the clutch. The clutch itsself isnt slipping (at least I dont think) and it pulls well but feels slow to other 1.2l ive driven.

Now, here's where I think it's the gear box, it mainly happens for 1st and 3rd. The gearbox its self doesnt whine or jump out of gear it feels sturdy.

The car is 2007 Fiat Grande Punto Dynamic 1.2l

Sounds like a clutch problem.

Of course that covers anything from the pedal to the actual clutch itself. Whether some sort of adjustment is needed or work to the mechanism, depends if cable or hydraulic really.

My car uses a clutch slave cylinder, do you think it could need bleeding?
