BMW, tyre/bearing hum?

I picked up my F31 330d MSport, several options on there including the 19” wheels. Car is great! Very addi ctive, coming from an E61 520d!
Drive it back from Nottingham yesterday, 200me drive home. All perfect, 53mpg in some stop start traffic and crusing around 70mph, with some full throttle overtakes. Amazing!!
Last night when I went for a quick drive with my wife, accelerated up to some speed and heard a humming around 70-90 In short, seems to happen when the car is warm, I was thinking tyres or bearing? My friend came out, and said I can just hear something yes, but no radio or fan on in the car. He said I was mad!
The car has Conti Runflats on, with around 4-5mm thread on all 4, slight feather on the rear, very slight.
No vibrations, quiet everywhere else. So lost, tyres/bearing ?
