Just bought a new battery and it advises using "acid free" grease on the terminals.

Any good suggestions?

I've tried googling and for every suggestion e.g. Vaseline there's others advising against it's use! What do you all use?

A thin smear of vaseline is fine.

If you must add grease - don't do so until the terminals are in place tight and torqued-down properly.
No grease helps conduction compared to metal:metal joint. None..

That said, I've never, ever, in >25yrs , need to or wanted to use 'grease' on battery terminals. it's a neolithic practice that needs to go away (unless you are happy with crappy-cheap batts that leak acid around the terminal pin-outs). I presume 'nocrode' is in an aisle near the slick50 and redex...
