Ht lead snapped off on plug! Help!

Hi,
Changing the coil and leads on my e30. All was going well until I gently pulled the it lead off one cylinder and the lead snapped in the hole!!!

What can I do?!
On the lead in question there is another lead attached that pic is up a signal from a toothed wheel. What do I do with this?

I suggest you pull out the remains of the lead with fine nose pliers. I understand you were already planning to replace that lead. I don't know know what you mean about the other wire connected to it. Is it just a separate wire routed along side the HT lead, or something that is actually connected to the HT lead? Pictures might help understand what it is.
