Single click/tap sound when changing gear

Hi,
A few days after having a major service my Nissan Qashqai 1.6 diesel 2013 has started to make a single click/tap sound when changing gear also when first pressing on the accelerator even whilst in gear. The car seems to drive fine and changing gear seems normal, just the click/tap sound has appeared.
Any ideas?
