Peugeot 307 1.4 Petrol
Discussion
Hi
Seen a few posts about this. Overview is misfire/runs like crap/engine management light on/no power/shakes etc..
Plugged her in told me misfire/coilpack
changed plugs and coil pack and now saying Injector fault / short circuit to live.
Sounds like a few others have had this similar issue. is it likely it is the injector or is there another solution?
Injectors are hidden away and look like a big job to get too. anyone had this done and have examples of costs involved.
thanks for any feedback

I had a 206 in a couple of years ago where the customer had fitted plugs and a coil pack but still had an intermittent misfire and codes for multiple injector faults. I eventually traced the problem to a faulty-cheap!- coil pack causing the misfire and spikes in the ecu. As GreenV8s has said, check the wiring and multi plugs thoroughly too.
Youngest's 2 litre 307 had this - "Overview is misfire/runs like crap/engine management light on/no power/shakes etc..Plugged her in told me misfire/coilpack" - with the same codes (Peugeot Planet).
Cured with Valeo coil pack - about twice the price of the cheapies.
