My other half put petrol into diesel antara, caused damaged to internal which I have stripped and rebuilt engine. Replacedd 2 injector with used.

Cranking over I had fuel and air in line. Also very close to ignition on diesel. (Started on easy start / brake cleaner but not diesel). Had all four injector tested, turns out no 2 was stuck open so had it recon, no 1 ima number had changed for some reason. These were the car original. Got them back in got mobile mechanic to reprogrammed new ima codes. Upon bleeding had no fuel come out of hi press pump. So replaced the pump solenoid / regulator. Made no difference to fuel coming out. So gone from having fuel, to nothing at all. Not changed or touched anything else. All i done was take out injectors and had them tested and recon

Now at me Witt's end. Has anyone any idea as to why fuel has stopped coming out of pump even with new solenoid / reg? Fuses and relay ok, got power at the plug.

Have you bled the air out of all lines/filter etc?

If you ran the diesel injection on petrol it may have suffered accelerated wear on components throughout the system, leaving metal contamination which will further damage any new components you fit. To repair the damage you may need to replace the entire fuel system including fuel lines.

So how much pressure are you seeing at the rail during cranking ?

And is there a good clean supply of fuel to the filter ok...and hence the HP pump ?

13 bar, should be around 300! Clean fuel as tank and lines were washed with degreaser and rinsed left to dry for several days
