Fwd conversation to awd

I know but it’s limited edition and only 30 we’re made like mine so want to keep it
It'll be thousands. Just think of all the bits you need... gearbox, diff, drive shafts, hubs, suspension, modification to the wiring, chassis mods? No one really offers this conversion as Audi will sell you one! That's not to say that a VAG specialist wouldn't take the job on if your pockets are deep enough....get on the phone if you are serious (I bet you don't get it done!)
Loads of people have converted fwd VW/Audi's to 4wd using a range of off-the-shelf VW parts from their 4wd models. The issue is that it's a long, difficult job (and generally involves cutting the shell, which means SVA/IVA in the UK), so if you get someone to do it for you, expect to pay lot of money. (and there is no way of telling how good a job they are going to do, cheap = sh*t usually).
Also, the issue is that as a VAG, the engine is way out front, so the 4wd system really only helps with traction and not handling
