How would you go about modifying a set into "anti pump" lifters.

Note: they also have to go back in and work before anyone mentions lump-hammer. hehe

There's no such thing. The standard ones work fine to over 7k rpm if you use the right springs. I used to do my own double springs for high rpm CVH's but that was a long time ago.
