Hi all

I'm in the process of trying to fit a concentric slave cylinder to a reliant gearbox however there is only 43mm of space between the gearbox front plate and the clutch diaphragm. if i need to i can modify the gearbox front plate and gain a few mm but id rather avoid this.

ive heard the later vauxhall astra ones are good but haven't been able to get hold of one to measure and the saab 9-3 one is definitely too big.

Does anyone know of any very low profile concentric slave cylinder that would fit in this?

cheers

This may work. They don't give sizes so phone/email reqd. but I have used one and think it will be low enough.

AP Racing have one which I found to be very compact, look in their catalogue. Tilton also have a range.

Was just about to mention AP. Take a look at their 6859 range.

Cheers, the AP ones look perfect but they are way out of my price range unfortunately. im hoping to find a oem one somewhere but there doesn't seem to be any info on dimensions for them online.

Had a look earlier at the AP and seem to remember it being listed as a direct replacement for Saab 900 so an OEM or scrapper may fit the bill.
